At Booker Robinson, we don't believe that landlords should pay extra charges such as contract renewal fees and maintenance premiums on top of their monthly management commission. In 2008, we have strived even further to save our client landlords money, by paying for all letting fees as well.

We will even pay for all your let fees* and deal with your letting agent on your behalf, if you choose Booker Robinson to undertake the ongoing management of your property.
• With our unique approach to residential property management, landlords and tenants have their own dedicated personal property manager to take care of everything, ensuring that a consistent and professional level of service is maintained.
• We offer ongoing consultations at the client’s choice of location to discuss any aspect of managing your property (if local and pre-booked by appointment).
• We value our clients' loyalty and do not charge for inventories, check outs, tenancy renewals or uplifts on maintenance costs where properties are fully managed.
• Only the best resources we know and trust are used for specialist tasks such as plumbing and heating.
• Simply choose our ‘pay as you go’ service if you do not require full management.
