If you currently rent your property through another agent but would like Booker Robinson to professionally manage your property, please speak with your landlord and ask them to visit our website or to contact us. We manage furnished and unfurnished apartments and houses in the Southampton and New Forest areas.

All of our managed properties are CORGI gas safety certificated, and inspected for electrical safety as well as furniture fire safety. Tenancy deposits (bonds) are held in a designated client account in accordance with current RICS code of practice. Deposits taken after 6th April 2007 will be treated in accordance with Tenancy Deposit Protection regulations.
